Total renovation and recovery of the attic in a 1980s-single-family villa on a hillside, with an all-around-you view. The anti-seismic legislation only allowed punctual interventions on the external masonry. The openings to the panorama have been selected considering the need to give the maximum view to the kitchen which, being open on the living room, can also enjoy its glass window. The large covered terrace amplifies the internal space. The client defined the exterior restyling as a priority. The garden has been studied and designed.
