The approximately 150-square-meters, on the third floor of a building under construction near the center of Milan, required internal redistribution for the sudden need of a second bathroom, as well as the interior furnishings. The restrictions given by the location of the drains and vents dictated the distribution of the open space kitchen area with a cubic false ceiling.
